Norman Eisen is a serial entrepreneur with a decades-long streak of leading his companies into strategic expansion. As the founder and acting CEO of Avalair Group, he is a classic example of honest exceptionalism, taking the company into an era of exponential success—with an expanded portfolio of assets that includes office, retail, development projects, warehouses, data centers, and over 3,000,000 square feet of coveted flex space. Norman is widely regarded as an “asset whisperer”, showcasing an uncanny ability to read, grow, and direct commercial real estate operations as well as land development projects. Working alongside some of the industry’s strongest, cycle-proven management professionals and asset managers, Norman has transformed Avalair Group from a startup success story to a national example of outstanding asset maximization. Norman was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He currently resides in Lakewood, NJ with his wife and 7 boys. In his spare time, he serves as a foundational member of community efforts through various charitable endeavors.
Barry Goldbrenner graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Master’s in Accounting. That same year, he made a humble entry at the Register Print Group in Clifton, New Jersey. Thanks to his exceptional finance management, Barry helped the Register Print Group clock revenues of approximately $3,000,000 in 2008—building up to $40,000,000 in just 7 years, with an EBITDA of $7.3 million. In 2017, Barry and his partners sold their business to Orora Limited for $47 million. While the company (renamed Orora Visual) evolved, Barry remained its pivotal constant. Throughout his professional career, Barry has grown his business strategy through diversified real estate investments. In addition to his ownership of the Orora Visual buildings, Barry owns 9 units independently, as well as 33 additional units in partnerships. Despite his wide reach, Barry retains an active involvement in all business decisions pertaining to his properties—including those with Avalair Group. Beyond the boardroom, Barry personifies his vision for a brighter and more financially stable future. In addition to his own investments, he is an active participant in several charitable organizations, dedicated to providing financial support for our economy, our communities, and our environment. He lives in New Jersey with his loving wife and five precious children: his greatest investments to date.
Simcha Fishman first entered the corporate arena in 2008 with Register Print Group. Since inception, he was intently focused on building direct relationships with national retailers, including giant slike H&M, AT&T, and Verizon. Simcha’s determination broke boundaries. By 2010, he personally closed over $10,000,000 in annual sales. By 2014, his sales revenue doubled in size. With an entire company behind him, Simcha became the driving force of Register Print Group’s innovative trajectory. In 2017, Simcha partnered with financial investment frontrunner Barry Goldbrenner to bring new life to Register Print Group. In a smooth-sailing transition, they sold the company to Orora Limited for a cool $47 million. But that was not the end of Simcha’s time with the company. Simcha stayed on as director of sales, continuing to work alongside Barry Goldbrenner. Together, they also managed the building utilized by Orora for their new acquisition - just one of the many property investments Simcha has made throughout his career. In addition to his long-term investments with Orora, Simcha is also a managing partner for several multi-family residential properties in Northern New Jersey, as well as multiple commercial properties in Ohio. Simcha maintains an active role in his own community, with key positions in multiple local groups, businesses, and charities. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and four children.
For over a decade, Mark Landsman’s underwriting skills and sharp eye for financial opportunity has made him one of the most respected professionals in the industry. Previously, he worked as a real estate manager and as assistant to the president of acquisitions of a local real estate team, where he built a skillset that would prove to be an invaluable contribution to his future success. In 2015, Mark Landsman joined Avalair as our vice president of mergers and acquisitions. With his efficiency, thoroughness, and extensive experience in acquisitions procedures, Mark ensures the smooth and timely closing of all of our transactions. More than anyone else in our firm, Mark is the person whose blessing supports the signatures on the dotted line.
A legendary line-item warrior, Sara Baum serves as Avalair’s reliable Accounting Manager, and as a consistent line of defense in our company’s fiduciary excellence. Her dedication to her work, intrinsic motivation, and advanced financial skillset help keep our sheets balanced, portfolio growing, and our partners in the know. As Avalair pursues growth in even more industries, we’re counting on Sara to help keep us in the black.
Molly Lopian is Norman’s right-hand person. But as legend has it, she’s blessed with two right hands. While raised in low-key Passaic, NJ, Molly has always gravitated toward the fast-paced business world of New York City, aspiring to follow her ambitions into corporate and commerce. Her grand entrance came as an admin for a title company, helping the firm’s commercial department keep its promises to clients. Today, she puts her extensive skill and drive toward orchestrating the kaleidoscopic functions of the multiple companies under The Eisen Group. Internally, we refer to her as the leader of our See Suite: when she sees an opportunity to step up, she executes. Molly is also celebrated for her responsibility, intrinsic motivation, and operational efficiency—turning deadlines into lifelines, and pushing projects and people toward success.
As a member of our Mergers and Acquisitions department, Martin Zaks manages a multitude of Avalair properties, projects, and relationships. He works at lightning speed to optimize every asset to the benefit of all stakeholders. His creative mind and passion for innovation infuses the Avalair portfolio with continuous advancement—driving our potential forward.
A Brooklyn native, Abe is an authentic man of the people who manages the properties in our Avalair Group portfolio. With a winning personality coupled to a passion for modern innovations, Abe knows how to work with tenants to keep them feeling content and valued. As we continue to expand our investments, we are glad to have people like Abe who ensure Avalair’s human side is as well represented as the financial.
